Role Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Key Account Sales & User Training Specialist who will drive revenue growth while ensuring that key users receive effective product training that supports their adoption and success. This hybrid role blends B2B sales, account management, and user enablement, making it ideal for someone whoenjoys selling value and empowering customers through knowledge.
The successful candidate will manage the full sales cycle for key user accounts and deliver structured training that maximizes user competency, product usage, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Account Management(60–70%)
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle for assigned key users and named accounts—from lead generation and discovery to proposal, negotiation, and closing.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and consistent CRM discipline.
- Conduct tailored product demonstrations and value‑based presentations to decision makers, influencers, and user champions.
- Develop strategic account plans to map stakeholders, identify growth opportunities, and track competitive landscape.
- Drive upsell, cross-sell, and renewal activities based on user needs and account potential.
- Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns and with Product teams on user feedback, trends, and feature requests.
- Represent the company at customer events, exhibitions, webinars, and roadshows as needed.
2. User Training & Enablement (30–40%)
- Conduct training needs assessments to identify knowledge gaps across different user roles.
- Track training effectiveness through assessments, engagement scores, competency results, feedback, and product usage analytics.
- Partner closely with Customer Success and Support teams to ensure seamless onboarding and adoption.
- Provide continuous education content to support product updates, workflow changes, or new features.
3. CRM Management
- Maintain complete and accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, training engagements, and account notes within the CRM.
- Ensure all leads, opportunities, contacts, and accounts are created and updated following company standards.
- Monitor pipeline progression and update opportunity stages to provide reliable sales forecasts.
- Collaborate with Sales Operations to improve workflow processes, data quality, and CRM best practices.
- Generate CRM-based reports for sales performance, training impact, user adoption levels, and key account insights.
- Ensure compliance with data integrity, privacy regulations, and internal documentation policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2–5+ years in B2B sales, account management, or customer success.
- Experience delivering customer training, product education
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
