Site Admin cum PRO (Construction)

Job Description

• Handle and resolve conflicts, feedback and complains pertaining to the project (HDB)
• Attend dialogue sessions with the Client, Resident Committees, Citizens’ Consultative Committees, Town Councils and any party as directed by the Board or the Client.
• Conduct regular visits to residents/tenants affected by the works to gather feedback and keep them posted of work schedule changes and impact.
• Perform administrative/clerical duties
• Record the minutes of meetings pertaining to the assigned project.
• Assist the Project Manager in administrating documents, purchase orders at site site office
• Liaise closely with head office for necessary documentation
• Develop and implement Pulic Relation Programme to meet the project goals
• Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time as the management deem fit.

Job Requirements

• GCE A’Level/Diploma holder
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in HDB projects preferred
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in related field
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Able to work six days a week
