Preztigez Asia has been operating for 15 years, we provide our manpower services (drivers, traffic marshals and guest service agents) mainly to hotels, corporate companies, food & beverage establishments, shopping malls and retail fronts.

An Operations Supervisor oversees daily operations, ensures processes run efficiently, supervises staff, and helps achieve organizational goals related to productivity, quality, safety, and customer service.

Job Summary

The Operations Supervisor is responsible for coordinating and monitoring day-to-day operational activities, leading frontline employees, and ensuring that company policies, procedures, and performance standards are met. This role acts as a bridge between management and operational staff, helping to optimize workflows, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support operational staff on a daily basis.
• Monitor workflow, productivity, and service quality.
• Schedule employees and manage workforce allocation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Train, coach, and evaluate team members.
• Address operational issues and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare operational reports and analyze performance metrics.
• Coordinate with other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage inventory, equipment, or resources as applicable.
• Support process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Handle customer or client concerns related to operations.
• Assist management in achieving operational targets and KPIs.

Required competencies and certifications

• Hold a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license
• Maintain a minimum of 2 years driving experience to meet insurance requirements

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Demonstrate ability to manage multiple car brands, makes, and models
• Exhibit flexibility to work across various sites and shifts
• Show teamwork skills to support operational needs
• Prior supervisory or team leadership experience preferred

Additional Requirements

• Ability to work flexible hours, shifts, weekends, or holidays if required.
• Understanding of workplace health and safety regulations.
• Ability to lift, stand, or perform physical tasks when applicable to the industry.
• Uniform tops will be provided

• Training will be provided

• Salary range: Full Time $2500 to $3000 per month
