Public Sector Project | Hybrid Work Arrangement | Office Hour - 11 months contract

• Salary: $3,300 per month
• Contract: 11 months *Subject for renewal
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, office hours
• Hybrid work arrangement
• Location: Kent Ridge

About the Role:

You will support a public sector team in the administration of research grants and projects. The role mainly focuses on report tracking, data processing, documentation and general administrative support.

• Track the submission of reports and follow up on outstanding items.
• Check that the required processes and timelines are followed.
• Use approved AI tools to prepare initial report summaries and identify areas that may require further clarification.
• Maintain and update the team’s filing system.
• Support administrative matters related to research grants and projects.
• Assist with other duties when required.

Requirements:

• Singaporean only
• Comfortable using IT systems and digital tools.
• Experience in grant administration, project administration or finance would be an advantage.
