Sales Admin Support – Insurance

We’re hiring a Business Development Support professional to join a leading insurance firm in Singapore, supporting its Agency Management business.

What you’ll be doing

• Support day-to-day business development and agency management activities
• Work closely with senior stakeholders and Directors on business initiatives
• Track business performance, corporate KPIs and agency-related reporting
• Coordinate projects and initiatives across Marketing, Recruitment and other teams
• Prepare meeting agendas, conduct research and analyse business information
• Support stakeholder meetings, BD events and other ad-hoc projects

What we’re looking for

• 6 years of experience in Business Development, BD Support or Sales Support
• Background in Insurance, Banking or Financial Services; Life Insurance preferred
• Strong Excel and analytical skills
• Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills
• Immediate availability is highly preferred

Please note that this is an initial contract role till the end of the year with possibilities for extension based on performance.
