Overseas Growth & Monetization Specialist

Job Responsibilities

1. Participate in the evaluation of overseas growth and commercialization opportunities for AI products, with hands-on experience in SEO/SEM/GEO, paid advertising, social media, and KOL marketing, and the ability to independently assess channel and business performance.
2. Independently handle data-related work: directly access the data warehouse to retrieve data, build data dashboards using Web Coding or Tableau, monitor business metrics, and investigate various data anomalies.
3. Adopt an AI-Native working mindset and use tools such as Codex and Claude to build a competitor monitoring system. Track competitors' products, channels, and commercialization strategies; regularly produce analysis reports and conduct internal knowledge-sharing sessions.

Job Requirements

1. 1–3 years of experience in overseas data operations, growth, or commercialization analysis within the SaaS/AI industry, with hands-on experience managing overseas traffic acquisition channels.
2. Strong data sensitivity and analytical skills, with the ability to retrieve data from data warehouses, build dashboards, independently conduct business data analysis, and investigate data anomalies. Proficient in the AppsFlyer attribution platform, with hands-on experience using major domestic and international analytics tools such as Sensors Data (Shence), Aurora (Jiguang), and Amplitude.
3. Strong AI-Native working capabilities, familiar with mainstream AI tools such as Codex and Claude, able to effectively use MCP and Skills for business applications, and possessing basic Web Coding capabilities.
4. English proficiency sufficient for daily work, business research, and reviewing foreign-language materials.
