Job Summary

As a Digital Services Project Specialist, you will support end-to-end digital solution delivery, coordinate daily platform operations, and engage cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution, operational continuity, and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution: Assist in planning, scheduling, and executing digital services projects from concept to completion to ensure on-time and within-scope delivery.

Digital Platform Operations: Coordinate daily digital platform operations, including user onboarding, digital asset management, and service troubleshooting to maintain high operational availability.

Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination: Communicate actively with internal technical teams and external partners to gather functional requirements, align project priorities, and provide timely progress updates.

Documentation & Governance: Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, workflows, user guidelines, and key performance metrics to foster process transparency and internal knowledge sharing.

Quality Assurance & UAT: Support Quality Assurance (QA) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities to verify that digital features, system integrations, and platforms meet functional standards prior to launch.

Service Analytics & Optimization: Monitor user feedback, platform analytics, and operational metrics to identify performance bottlenecks and propose actionable optimization strategies.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Digital Media, or a related discipline.

Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in digital project coordination, IT support, or platform operations. Fresh graduates with relevant project/internship experience are welcome to apply.

Technical Familiarity: Practical exposure to cloud services, Web/Mobile App environments, CMS tools, and collaborative project software (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello, Asana).

Core Competencies:
