Job Summary

Drive business growth by identifying and securing new sales opportunities, managing client relationships, and supporting partnership initiatives in the pest control industry.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand the client base and increase revenue
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to foster loyalty and repeat business
• Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to potential customers to effectively communicate product benefits
• Promote partnership initiatives by aligning partner interests to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
• Enhance sales and partnership acquisition processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
• Manage inbound sales enquiries via phone and email to convert leads into sales
• Negotiate and close deals professionally while addressing client objections to secure agreements
• Provide after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and encourage long-term retention
• Collect and analyze market intelligence and customer data to inform sales strategies and reporting
• Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and updates to management for performance tracking
• Achieve individual sales targets and KPIs while managing account receivables to support business cash flow
• Assist the Business Development Head with ad hoc projects and tasks to support overall business objectives

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in business development or sales roles
• Experience in the pest control industry is advantageous for understanding market dynamics
• Possession of own vehicle is an added advantage for mobility and client visits
• Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to deliver effective presentations
• Results-driven, self-motivated, and capable of working independently
• Availability to start immediately or on short notice is preferred
