Job Summary

This role involves managing online sales by overseeing e-commerce platforms, executing digital marketing strategies, optimizing product listings, analyzing sales data, and coordinating operations to drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage e-commerce platforms and websites to ensure optimal functionality, user experience, and security
• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media campaigns to increase traffic and sales
• Create and optimize product listings with accurate details, descriptions, images, and pricing to enhance product visibility and conversion
• Analyze website traffic, sales data, and KPIs using tools like Google Analytics and Excel to identify trends and inform strategic decisions
• Coordinate with logistics teams to manage inventory and ensure efficient order processing and fulfillment
• Enhance the online shopping experience by addressing customer inquiries and resolving service-related issues promptly
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product management and graphic teams to align marketing and operational efforts
• Manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment to meet business objectives

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms and website management
