Front Desk Receptionist (Full & Part Time)

Job Scope

• Handle all new and/or existing customers appointment booking.
• Attend to customers with appointments and walk ins.
• Assist all customers enquiries via emails, phone calls and WhatsApp messages.
• Manage outlet POS system for sales transactions.
• Handling all sales receipts and payments.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
• Ability to handle customers’ requests and complaints with grace.
• Ability to deal with difficult salon situations such as client complaints.

Requirements:

• Singaporeans & Singapore PRs only
• Ability to speak English and Chinese. Ability to speak Korean will be an advantage.
• Able to work weekends, shifts and public holidays.
• Candidates should possess excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.
• Well-groomed, cheerful, proactive and self-motivated.
• Able to adapt in a multicultural working environment
