Job Summary

Support vision software integration and robotics applications, conduct project evaluations, and assist with on-site system installations and R&D to advance new technologies in Vision Automation.

Responsibilities

• Integrate vision software, GUI, and SDK components to enhance system functionality
• Develop and apply robot automation and AI functions to improve operational efficiency
• Conduct evaluations and proof of concept studies to create detailed project proposals
• Install and support vision automation systems on-site to ensure successful deployment
• Collaborate on R&D initiatives to explore and implement new vision technology advancements
• Manage time effectively and solve technical problems to meet project deadlines
• Travel overseas as required to support project implementation and client needs

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, or related discipline, or equivalent education and work experience
• Experience programming in C++ and C# to develop and maintain software applications
• Knowledge of machine vision hardware configuration, including cameras, optics, and lighting, to optimize system performance
• Familiarity with manufacturing automation, industrial controls, and robotics to support integrated solutions
• Interest in Vision Automation technology, including consideration of fresh graduates with enthusiasm for the field
