Key Responsibilities: -

• Support the planning, coordination and continuous improvement of school operations.

• Identify operational issues, monitor progress and follow up on corrective actions.

• Provide administrative and corporate secretarial support to management.

• Plan, coordinate and support school, corporate and other company events.

• Conduct statistical analysis of school and operational data to identify trends, performance gaps and key insights, and provide data-driven recommendations to support management decision-making and operational planning.

• Be proactive, detail-oriented and willing to take ownership of tasks and follow through to completion.

To excel in this position, you will need to: -

• Possess a Diploma/Degree or equivalent qualification.

• Be effectively bilingual, with good command of English and Mandarin.

• Be able to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking customers and outlet representatives.

• Be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment while collaborating effectively with a team.

• Demonstrate strong time management, organisational and communication skills.
