SHIPPING/ STORE ASSISTANT

A Shipping/Store Assistant

i) Able handle company’s daily shipment activities & fulfill various customer shipment expectations.

ii) Able handle company’s incoming and outgoing goods and manage company’s stock. Support daily supply chain
operations and job order fulfillment.

Duties and responsibilities in Shipping:

• Pick the good at designated staging rack.
• Input & update the good receive information to system for shipment.
• Pack and label the good on the tray & shipping box.
• Update system of shipment info and verify the special requirement and act accordingly from customer if any.
• Generate the Packing Slip and Commercial invoice from system.
• Prepare, communicate and co-ordinate with forwarder of the shipment collection.
• Cross support to other areas and sections if necessary.

Duties and responsibilities in Store:

• Perform the job issuing according to job order from internal customer.
• Perform the customer order goods picking and fulfillment.
• Good practices on FIFO (First In First Out) manner.
• Weight/count, pack & label of components based on job requirements.
• Dispatch the job order, materials & components to designated department.
• Perform the physical stock take.
• Prepare & delivery shipment goods to Shipping Department.
• Update system of the goods movement.
• Cross support to other areas and sections if necessary.
• Handle ad hoc & other tasks assigned by supervisor/manager.

Requirements:

• Able to work in fast-paced environment.
• A good team player.
• Some PC knowledge.
• Able read, write and speak simple English.
• 5 days' work week.
