About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and personable Customer Service / Property Manager to join our Singapore office. You’ll be at the front line of ensuring smooth handovers, happy tenants, and seamless communication between landlords and clients. Whether you’re a fresh graduate or have prior experience, what matters most is your initiative, reliability, and commitment to great service.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate apartment handovers (check-in/check-out) with tenants
• Communicate and resolve issues between landlords, tenants, and vendors
• Follow up promptly on repairs, maintenance, and client queries
• Depending on experience can look the manage the property management team

• Excellent communication skills (written and spoken)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Self-starter who enjoys working in a small, fast-moving team
