Admin Store Assistant

Job Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Procurement and Human Resource departments, including processing documents, payroll records, purchase orders, delivery orders, invoices and other related paperwork.
• Perform accurate data entry and update inventory records in the company system.
• Assist with stock records, document filing and general store administration.
• Maintain proper filing and organisation of office, procurement and inventory documents.
• Coordinate with internal departments on documents, stock information and administrative matters when required.
• Carry out general office and administrative duties as assigned.
• Working Location: Northern area
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6:00pm

Job Requirements

• Basic computer knowledge and able to perform data entry.
• Able to communicate and understand simple English.
• Responsible, organised and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently after training.
• Experience in admin, store, procurement or inventory work will be an advantage, but training can be provided.
