Integration Manager

Solution Integration & Operational Deployment

• Support the implementation and integration of new technologies, processes, and service innovations across business units.

• Work with operational and estate management teams to understand business requirements and deployment needs.

• Coordinate implementation activities and ensure smooth adoption into business-as-usual operations.

• Develop implementation plans, operating procedures, and supporting documentation.

• Monitor deployment outcomes and recommend improvements.

Service Modularisation & Standardisation

• Analyse existing facilities management and estate management services to identify opportunities for standardisation.

• Break down complex service offerings into modular and repeatable service components.

• Develop service frameworks, operating models, and deployment playbooks that support scalability and consistency.

• Support the packaging of service capabilities into clearly defined solution offerings.

Estate Management & Facilities Operations Improvement

• Partner with estate management and facilities operations teams to identify operational challenges and improvement opportunities.

• Evaluate current processes and recommend enhancements that improve efficiency, service quality, and customer experience.

• Support the implementation of digital solutions and process improvements across managed estates and facilities.

AI, Digitalisation & Innovation Support

• Enable AI, automation, and digital technologies to facilities and estate management operations.

• Support the evaluation, pilot implementation, and operational deployment of AI-enabled solutions.

• Work with internal stakeholders and external technology partners to assess solution suitability and operational value.

• Monitor emerging industry trends and technologies relevant to facilities and estate management.

Stakeholder & Partner Management

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across operations, engineering, estate management, sustainability, and corporate functions.

• Coordinate with external vendors, technology providers, and solution partners during implementation projects.

• Facilitate workshops, user discussions, and solution reviews to gather feedback and support adoption.

Job Requirements:
Qualifications

• Degree in Facilities Management, Estate Management, Engineering, Building Services, Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

Experience

• At least 4 years of relevant experience in facilities management, estate management, property management, operations improvement, project implementation, or business transformation.

Specific Skills/Knowledge

• Experience in facilities management, estate management, property operations, or smart building environments.

• Exposure to technology implementation, digital transformation, or operational integration projects.

• Familiarity with AI-enabled operational tools, workflow automation, analytics platforms, or smart building technologies.

• Experience developing standard operating procedures, service frameworks, or implementation playbooks.
