Sales and Marketing Executive (Preschool Setting) (Island Wide Support)

🌟We are seeking a Sales & Marketing Executive to support our growing education business.🌟

Working Location: Island-Wide Support (Expect to travel)
Working Hours: 7am - 4pm, 8am - 5pm, 9am - 6pm, 10am - 7pm (Rotating hours)
Benefits: Commission + VB
Gross Salary: Up to $3300 before Comms.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to and follow up on enquiries from parents through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, social media and walk-in visits.
• Manage prospective customer leads and convert enquiries into student enrolments.
• Work towards achieving monthly sales and admission targets.
• Plan and coordinate online and offline marketing campaigns, promotional activities and events.
• Manage digital marketing activities across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads and social media.
• Create and coordinate marketing content to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
• Establish and maintain partnerships with schools, organisations and corporate partners to develop new enrolment channels.
• Monitor campaign performance, lead generation and conversion rates, and recommend improvements to maximise marketing effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate records of enquiries, leads, enrolments and marketing activities.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline is preferred.
• Prior experience in Sales, Marketing or Business Development.
• Experience in the education industry will be an advantage.
• Familiarity with digital marketing, social media management and online advertising platforms.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage confidently with parents and prospective customers.
• Proactive, target-oriented and motivated to achieve results.
• Able to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team.
