Job Summary

You will support training operations by managing inquiries, advising prospective students, handling registrations and payments, preparing training setups, managing inventory, and assisting with daily office administration.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to phone, email, and walk-in inquiries to provide accurate information about training programs
• Contact prospective students to explain course offerings and encourage enrollment
• Collect fees, generate invoices and receipts, and complete student registration processes accurately
• Prepare classrooms and set up laptops before training sessions to ensure smooth class delivery
• Manage inventory of books and pantry supplies to maintain adequate stock levels
• Support management with daily operational tasks and office administration activities
• Work full days Monday to Friday (8am to 6pm) and half days on Saturdays with assigned shifts

Other Information

• Work location: Fortune Centre training centre, Middle Road. (near Bencoolen, Rochor, Bugis, Bras Basah MRT)
• Working hours: Monday to Friday 8am–6pm; Saturday half-day shifts (morning or afternoon as per allocation)
