IT Solutions Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Microsoft application management (M365 tool suite) end-to-end (e.g. governance, design, testing, administration, training, documentation)
• Plans and co-ordinates the delivery of application projects
• Analyses business requirements, systems enhancements and changes; proposes recommendations as appropriate
• Handle incidents of managed applications
• Experienced with Microsoft 365 products, specifically SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams
• Experience producing technical documents, governance procedures, and end user guides
• Familiarity in other Microsoft 365 tools (e.g. Power Platform, Exchange, Planner, Azure AD, Office Apps, Yammer, Forms)
• Understanding and experience in overall Cloud solutions and Cloud service management
• Provide technical consulting and implementation expertise.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Configure and optimize applications and environments.
• Support solution design, testing, and documentation.
• Manage technical risks and implementation challenges.
• Deliver training and technical guidance to stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science or relevant field
• At least 5 to 10 years of relevant experience
