Event Operations Executive

Love creating memorable experiences, meeting new people, and seeing an event come to life from start to finish? We’re looking for an energetic and hands-on Event Operations Executive to join our growing team.

This is a dynamic role where no two days are exactly the same. You’ll work closely with clients, facilitators, and our internal team to plan and execute exciting events, manage logistics, and ensure every experience runs smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Coordinate and execute in-person and virtual events from preparation to completion
  
• Manage event operations, timelines, logistics, and on-site requirements
  
• Handle event setup, equipment preparation, transportation, and tear-down
  
• Brief clients and participants, facilitate activities, and ensure an excellent event experience
  
• Recruit, train, schedule, and manage a team of event facilitators
  
• Plan event logistics, conduct stock checks, manage inventory, and maintain event equipment
  
• Work with the team to develop, test, and improve new games, workshops, and experiences
  
• Troubleshoot operational issues and solve problems quickly on the ground
  
• Support administrative and operational tasks where required
  

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone energetic, responsible, resourceful, and who enjoys being on the move.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  
• At least 1 year of relevant events or operations experience is preferred
  
• Outgoing, sporty, and confident interacting with clients and participants
  
• Comfortable conducting briefings, facilitating activities, and managing groups
  
• Strong sense of responsibility with a positive, can-do attitude
  
• Meticulous, organised, and able to think on your feet
  
• Comfortable with a hands-on working environment, including:
  
• Outdoor events
  
• Event setup and tear-down
  
• Moving and maintaining activity equipment
  
• Working under the sun when required
  
• Comfortable using tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Google Slides, Google Sheets, Zoom, and similar platforms
  
• Class 3 Driving Licence (Auto or Manual) is required, as you will be driving our company vans for event operations
