Sales Manager

Description

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, partnerships, and other sales initiatives.
• Generate leads through cold calling, business visits, networking, digital platforms, and other proactive outreach activities.
• Meet prospective clients, understand their requirements, and present suitable service solutions, quotations, and proposals.
• Promote the Company's services by explaining service scope, pricing, promotions, and value propositions while addressing customer enquiries.
• Follow up on sales enquiries and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to secure repeat business, gather feedback, and identify service improvement opportunities.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, customer records, and sales reports.
• Work closely with the Operations Team to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Identify market trends, partnership opportunities, and sales initiatives to support business growth.
• Represent the Company at roadshows, networking events, and other business development activities as required.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Company.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Sales, business development, or customer-facing experience is preferred. Training will be provided for suitable candidates.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Organised with good time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital communication tools.
• Willing to work a 5.5-day or 6-day work week in a field-based, Singapore-based role with office coordination when required.
