An Investment Firm is looking for a VP, Pre-acquisition Due Diligence professional to join their Private Equity Real Estate team.

You will join a team of 3, supporting the Private Equity Real Estate, Operational Due Diligence business. You will be responsible for leading any governance-related initiatives for the PERE business. Working with both internal and external stakeholders to perform for the role, you will lead in ensuring that any JV vendor operational processes/practices are in line with regulatory and internal business standards. The role will require someone with an internal audit/controls/governance experience with a keen eye for identifying change initiatives.

The ideal candidate comes with at least 10 years of relevant internal audit experience, preferably within Real Estate, Funds, or Asset Management. Strong communication skills and stakeholder management skills will be a pre-requisite for the role. Self starter, ability to work independently and be a strong team player at the same time.
