Assistant Leasing Manager (Commercial/Central)

📍 Location: Raffles Place

🕒 Work Hours: 5 days work week. Mon - Fri (8.30am-6pm)

💰 Salary: Up to $6,400 + AWS + variable bonus (average 2-3 months)

Our client is a real estate asset management organisation in Singapore that manages and oversees commercial properties, focusing on leasing, operations, and tenant management.

Job Responsibilities:

• Maximize portfolio income by maintaining high occupancy and securing competitive lease terms
• Build strong relationships with tenants, shareholders, and consultants while ensuring lease compliance
• Oversee leasing processes, documentation, and cross-team coordination for smooth operations
• Prepare timely reports and ensure compliance with audit and governance requirements
• Collaborate with team members and support development and organizational initiatives

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in commercial leasing.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a pleasant and approachable demeanor.
• Holds a valid Real Estate Salesperson (RES) licence issued by the Council for Estate Agencies (CEA).
