A Regional Banking client is hiring for a Loan Agency Lead to join the team.

As the Loan Agency Lead, you will lead a team of individual contributors to oversee all syndicated loan agency activities, drawdowns, rollovers, repayments, covenant monitoring while acting as BAU checker to ensure accuracy and compliance. You'll own operational risk, liaise with auditors and regulators, and lead a team of agency operations professionals, driving accountability and process improvement.

The successful candidates comes with at least 10 years' relevant experience in syndicated loan agency/loan operations within a bank. This is a team leadership role with direct reportees, hence team management experience will be required. Strong communication skills and stakeholder management skills are a pre-requisite for the role.
