About this job
We are looking for a dynamic and driven individual to join us in the design development, tendering and construction of the project through testing & commissioning and handover.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end planning, design, procurement, construction, and handover of real estate development projects, ensuring delivery within approved scope, budget, quality, and timeline.
- Manage and coordinate consultants, architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to develop and execute project strategies, plans, and budgets.
- Oversee the design development process to ensure operational requirements, regulatory compliance, sustainability objectives, and business needs are adequately incorporated.
- Lead the tendering and procurement process, including preparation of tender documents, evaluation of submissions, contract negotiations, and award recommendations.
- Monitor project progress against approved master programmes, key milestones, and deliverables, proactively addressing delays and implementation challenges.
- Manage project costs, budgets, cash flow forecasts, value engineering initiatives, variation orders, and financial reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, while developing contingency plans to minimise potential impacts on cost, schedule, and quality.
- Prepare and present project updates, reports, and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement by adopting industry best practices, innovative solutions, and sustainable development principles.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Building, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or a related discipline.
- Min. 5 of years of relevant experience in greenfield development projects.
- Experienced in managing industrial or transport-related developments.
- Demonstrated track record in successfully delivering projects from feasibility studies and land acquisition stages through design, construction, commissioning, and handover.
- Strong understanding of real estate development processes, project procurement strategies, contract administration, construction management, and regulatory approval procedures in Singapore.
- Experience managing multidisciplinary consultant and contractor teams, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive project outcomes.
- Excellent project management, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
