Administrative Assistant / Executive

We are looking for an organized, reliable Administrative Assistant to support our daily office operations at our Bukit Batok office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily office administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document processing.

• Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and visitors in a professional manner.

• Assist in inventory management, tracking, and ordering of office supplies.

• Process basic invoicing, claims, quotations, and purchase orders.

• Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and arrange courier services.

• Provide general administrative support to internal teams as required.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum O-Level / N-Level / Higher Nitec / Diploma in any field.

• 1–2 years of relevant administrative experience (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Strong organizational skills with good attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Additional Information:

• Salary: $2,000 – $3,000 / month (Commensurate with experience)

• Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

• Location: Bukit Batok, Singapore

• Working Hours:

  • Monday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM

  • Alternate Saturdays: 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM
