Accounts Assistant (AP & AR)

🍀Working hours: 9am to 6pm Mon to Fri

🍀Working location: Ang Mo Kio

🍀With accounting experience

🍀Able to start work with short notice or immediate

Job Duties:

• Perform data entry of accounting transactions into the accounting system

• Assist with Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and bank reconciliations

• Prepare and maintain accounting documents such as invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers

• Process staff claims, expenses, and petty cash transactions

• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities

• Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records

• Support daily finance and administrative operations

• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
  

Requirement:

• LCCI, Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline

• Minimum 2 years of accounting or finance experience

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel

• Experience with accounting software (e.g. MYOB, Xero, QuickBooks, or similar) is preferred

• Familiarity with payroll processing is an advantage

• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
