A leading provider of medical equipment and services in the healthcare industry is hiring a Field Service Engineer to join their team! The role is responsible for the installation, maintenance, repair, and technical support of endoscopy equipment in hospitals

Job Responsibilities:

• Providing technical support and after-sales service to customers.
• Installing equipment and ensuring it meets required specifications.
• Conducting basic user training and coordinating site preparation with customers.
• Diagnosing equipment malfunctions and working with engineering supervisors to resolve issues.
• Performing servicing, repairs, and preventive maintenance for equipment under service contracts.
• Advising customers on maintenance and service contract options.
• Preparing customer sites for new equipment installations.
• Supporting the Sales and Marketing team by promoting accessories, stand-in during endoscopy procedures to better understand the use and customer’s feedback.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Biomedical, Electrical, Electronic, or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
• Possess at least 2 years of experience in field service support to customers
• Knowledge working experience in servicing medical products is advantageous.
