Clinic Assistant — Full-Time & Part-Time (Islandwide)

We're hiring Clinic Assistants for our GP and specialist clinics across Singapore. Full-time and part-time roles available — choose the location closest to you.

What you'll do

• Register patients, manage appointments and walk-ins
• Support the doctor during consultations and procedures
• Dispense medication; handle billing, insurance and Medisave claims
• Keep patient records accurate and the clinic running smoothly

What you need

• GCE O-Level, A-Level, or Diploma (or equivalent)
• No clinic experience required for entry-level roles — training provided
• 2+ years' clinic experience preferred for specialist-clinic roles
• Singapore Citizen or PR
• Able to work some weekends and rotating shifts

Pay

• Full-time, GP clinics: $2,800–$3,000/month + CPF + medical
• Full-time, Specialist clinics: $3,100–$3,400/month + CPF + medical
• Part-time, GP or Specialist: $14–$18/hour + CPF

GP clinics run weekday split-shifts with rotating Saturdays. Specialist clinics run more standard office hours with half-day Saturdays. Part-time shifts are set around clinic needs.
