Logistics Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Logistics Coordinator to join our team. If you enjoy coordinating tasks, solving problems and making sure things are done correctly and on time, we’d love to hear from you. This role is suitable for someone who wants to build practical experience in 3PL, logistics and warehouse operations, while enjoying a stable 5-day work week and good work-life balance.

Key responsibilities

• Process customer orders in the system and ensure orders are released accurately and on time in the WMS.

• Follow up on order-related issues and coordinate with the relevant teams to ensure smooth fulfilment.

• Process and complete ASN (Advanced Shipping Notice) and GRN (Goods Return) for inbound shipments.

• Monitor inbound progress, update customers, and send inbound reports to customers once inbound activities are completed.

• Liaise closely with the warehouse team to ensure information and instructions are properly communicated.

• Communicate with customers via email regarding incoming shipments, goods returns, orders and other operational matters.

• Handle customer enquiries and ad-hoc requests professionally and promptly.

• Assist in stock take reconciliation and investigate discrepancies.

What We’re Looking For

• Detail-oriented and responsible

• Good follow-up skills and able to take ownership of assigned tasks.

• Comfortable communicating with customers and colleagues through email and phone.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.

• Basic experience or knowledge in office administration, warehouse or logistics operations is an advantage.
