About this job
- To assist project team in sourcing material or service required like obtain catalogue, COC and project reference.
- To liase with supplier for mobilisation and demob of equipment on rental from site.
- To coordinate with subcontractor for work arrangement
- To prepare Certificate of Payment for subcontract work
- To consolidate material order and submit to purchasing department for further processing
- To consolidate all the document received. Keep a copy of records and send the originals back to HQ
