We are looking for an experienced Workshop Supervisor Cum Senior Mechanic to lead daily workshop operations. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on technical and diagnostic experience, particularly with Continental vehicles, while being able to communicate professionally with customers when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily workshop operations and technicians

• Diagnose complex vehicle faults and perform troubleshooting when required

• Carry out maintenance and repair work to a high professional standard

• Provide customers with clear advice on vehicle problems and recommended repairs

• Prepare and explain quotations and repair recommendations when necessary

• Support invoicing and front-counter operations when required

• Ensure all jobs are completed on time and meet quality standards

• Maintain good workshop discipline, productivity, cleanliness, and teamwork

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in automotive maintenance and repair

• Strong experience with Continental cars

• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills

• Able to supervise and guide other technicians

• Good communication and basic customer service skills

• Responsible, disciplined, punctual, and able to work independently

• Positive attitude and strong team spirit
