IT Support (Night Shift) - Up to S$4.5k - 1 year contract

Job Description:

• Provide timely frontline support to agency users for agency applications, access issues, end-user devices, peripherals, and common workplace technology enquiries.
• Triage, log, monitor, and resolve incidents and service requests with accurate documentation, user-friendly communication, and timely follow-up.
• Support web-based and mobile agency platforms by assisting users with access, navigation, basic functional issues, and standard troubleshooting.
• Use JIRA or similar service management tools to track issues, update ticket status, manage priorities, and support resolution within agreed service expectations.
• Escalate complex, recurring, or system-related issues to technical and platform support teams with clear problem statements, impact details, and supporting information.
• Support routine operational activities such as user administration, access validation, service checks, and coordination for planned maintenance or service events.
• Maintain support procedures, checklists, and knowledge materials to improve consistency, first-contact resolution, and support efficiency.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in IT Support.
• Working Hours: Weekdays from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM; weekends and public holidays from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Working hours may be adjusted based on business and operational needs.
