Receptionist

Job Description:

• Serve as the professional face of the law firm, warmly welcoming clients upon arrival.
• Manage confidential and incoming phone calls efficiently, routing enquiries to the correct legal teams or taking precise messages.
• Escort clients to designated consultation rooms and serve refreshments promptly to maintain a highly professional law firm image.
• Keep conference rooms litigation-ready by consistently refilling bottled waters, setting up stationery, and resetting rooms between client consultations.
• Oversee the daily upkeep of the reception area, ensuring pristine cleanliness, optimal lighting, and comfortable air-conditioning temperatures throughout the floor.

Requirements:

• Client-focused, detail-oriented, and service-driven approach.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong telephone etiquette.
• Approachable, personable, and professional demeanour.
• Working location: Havelock Road.
