👥 HR Generalist Opportunity

Looking for a hands-on HR Executive to support the full employee lifecycle, covering Learning & Development, Recruitment, Onboarding, Offboarding, Payroll, HRIS, Benefits and Employee Engagement.

This is a good opportunity for an early-career HR professional looking to gain broad exposure across both HR operations and employee engagement within a manufacturing environment.

📚 Learning & Development

• Administer internal and external training programmes and maintain training records
• Support training grant administration
• Liaise with external training vendors on course details and arrangements

🎉 Employee Engagement

• Support employee engagement activities and projects
• Assist with recreation activities, year-end dinners, quarterly staff meetings and other employee events
• Coordinate event logistics and arrangements

🔎 Recruitment

• Post job advertisements through career portals such as iCIMS and LinkedIn
• Conduct initial resume screening
• Coordinate interviews and candidate schedules
• Support onboarding activities, including preparation of offer letters and employee database creation

👋 New Hire Onboarding

• Coordinate pre-employment medical examinations
• Collect and verify documents required for personnel files and payroll
• Follow up on onboarding preparations through SharePoint
• Upload new joiner announcements to the company intranet
• Arrange and conduct first-day and quarterly orientations
• Support work pass applications and renewals where applicable

💰 Payroll & Offboarding

• Prepare and submit payroll inputs to outsourced payroll vendors
• Verify payroll details for accuracy
• Manage employee termination activities
• Prepare resignation acceptance, acknowledgement of non-disclosure and exit documentation
• Coordinate exit interviews with third-party providers
• Update iCIMS and communicate resignation information to relevant departments
