Motorcycle Food Delivery Rider Supervisor

Build, Lead and Grow Your Own Rider Team!
Easyride, part of ADA Group of Companies (https://ada.asia), is looking for driven and energetic leaders to build, manage, and grow their own teams of food delivery riders. This is a hands-on, performance-based role — not an office-only supervisor position. You must complete your own food delivery trips, achieve your personal weekly target, and lead riders by example.

• You will earn from your own food delivery work, plus weekly Rider-Team Performance Fees for riders in your team who achieve the required weekly delivery target. You will be responsible for recruiting and building your own team; riders will not be assigned to you.
• You will take ownership of your team’s recruitment, performance, retention, rental payment compliance, and day-to-day rider operations.
• Your performance will be measured against defined individual, recruitment, rider-team, retention, rental-compliance and operational service KPIs. You will be expected to take ownership of your results and the required follow-up within your area of responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Complete your own food delivery trips while recruiting, onboarding, coaching, managing, and retaining your rider team
• Manage rider activity, delivery performance, cancellation rates, account status, rental payments, performance follow-up, and rider exits
• Take charge of rider operations, including payroll matters, servicing, breakdowns, accidents, insurance claims, fines, overdue payments, motorcycle returns, exchanges, collections, and recovery cases

Requirements

• Valid motorcycle license and prepared to work hands-on as a food delivery rider
• Relevant experience in food delivery, recruitment, team leadership, or rider operations is preferred
• Driven, proactive, independent and accountable, and confident in leading people, solving problems, and handling difficult situations
• Willing to learn and use AI tools, WhatsApp, spreadsheets, mobile applications, and tracking systems to improve team performance and efficiency
