Jobscope:
The Process Engineer / Senior Process Engineer supports and improves semiconductor manufacturing processes to ensure stable production, good yield, and efficient operations. The role involves process optimization, troubleshooting, data analysis, and working with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing performance in a cleanroom environment.

• Support and maintain semiconductor manufacturing processes.
• Set up, optimize, and qualify process recipes for new products and equipment.
• Troubleshoot process issues and implement effective solutions.
• Monitor and improve process stability, yield, quality, and productivity.
• Analyze process data and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Support process qualification, technology transfer, and production ramp-up.
• Work closely with Equipment, Production, Quality, R&D, and vendors to resolve technical issues.
• Drive continuous improvement projects focusing on yield, cost, cycle time, and efficiency.
• Prepare and maintain process documentation and control plans.
• Provide technical support and guidance to technicians and junior engineers.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and cleanroom standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, Physics, Microelectronics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in semiconductor process engineering or wafer fab manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience in process development, qualification, troubleshooting, and process control in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical, logical, and critical thinking skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills across engineering, production, quality, and vendor teams.
• Demonstrated growth mindset and willingness to learn new modules, tools, and technologies.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies for process performance improvement.
