We are seeking an experienced Nacelle Engineering Lead to drive the design and development of nacelles, with a primary focus on inlet and thrust reverser systems. This leadership role will oversee nacelle projects from concept through certification, ensuring compliance with FAA/EASA standards (CAAC advantageous).

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers to deliver nacelle design projects.
• Define and implement nacelle design requirements, covering performance, safety, repairability, and maintainability.
• Oversee conceptual and detailed design, including materials selection, stress analysis, and installation interfaces.
• Collaborate with engine OEMs, suppliers, and cross-functional teams for effective nacelle integration.
• Manage technical risks, testing, and validation of nacelle systems.
• Support customer repair needs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

• 3-year contract + 2-year renewal (not permanent)

Location:

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, or Avionics Engineering.
• 10–14 years’ experience in nacelle design, development, and certification.
• Strong knowledge of FAA/EASA requirements; CAAC is a plus.
• Prior nacelle-specific experience is mandatory.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
