Sales Manager (FMCG/supermarket/food)

Key responsibilities

• Actively involved in day-to-day sales operations and customer management, including regular visits to outlet ensuring product visibility and presence

• Develop and manage sales strategies to achieve sales targets and business growth

• Build and maintain strong relationships with supermarket chains and key customers

• Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence

• Negotiate commercial terms, promotions and product listings with customers

• Monitor sales performance, market trends and competitors' activities

• Work closely with internal operational teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and excellent customer service

• Lead, coach and motivate the sales team

• Regular visits to outlet to monitor stock levels, ensure stocks are replenished and displayed, and product availability at outlets

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales management in supermarket, FMCG or food industry

• Strong network and experience dealing with supermarket chains

• Results-oriented, proactive and able to work independently

• Possess a strong understanding of the Singapore retail market

• Pleasant personality and ability to work in teams
