Part-Time Tax Manager – Client Advisory & Compliance

About the role

PikoHANA is an advisory-led finance and compliance partner supporting growing companies operating across Asia.

We are looking for an experienced Part-Time Tax Manager –Client Advisory & Compliance to manage a portfolio of clients and take ownership of their Singapore tax compliance requirements.

This is a hands-on, client-facing individual contributor role with no direct reports. The role is approximately 3 days per week (or equivalent hours), with specific working days to be agreed based on mutual availability.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review Singapore corporate income tax computations.
• Manage ECI and Form C-S / Form C preparation and filing.
• Prepare and review GST returns.
• Handle withholding tax matters where required.
• Manage routine IRAS queries and correspondence.
• Monitor deadlines and ensure filings are completed accurately and on time.
• Identify matters requiring specialist advice and escalate appropriately.
• Manage assigned clients as a key day-to-day contact.
• Understand each client's business, structure and compliance requirements.
• Communicate clearly on information requirements, deadlines, issues and next steps.

About you

• Minimum 5 years of relevant Singapore tax experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in Singapore corporate income tax compliance.
• Experience with tax computations, ECI and Form C-S / Form C.
• Good working knowledge of Singapore GST and experience dealing with IRAS.
• Professional accreditation or qualification such as SCTP Accredited Tax Practitioner (ATP) / Accredited Tax Advisor (ATA), ACCA, CA (Singapore), or equivalent is preferred.
• Experience managing multiple clients or engagements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable dealing directly with clients.
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with remote colleagues.
• Organised, dependable and able to manage deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable using technology and adopting automation and AI-enabled tools where appropriate.
