IS Assistant (Temporary)

Key Job Purpose :

Assist IS Team to conduct Annual PC Software Compliance Audit for Sysmex Asia Pacific and all its affiliates.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct PC software compliance audits for Sysmex Asia Pacific and its affiliated companies to ensure compliance with software licensing requirements.
• Prepare comprehensive audit reports, including findings, observations, and recommendations.
• Develop a summary PowerPoint presentation highlighting key audit results and insights to support management's review and decision-making.
• Perform other related duties as assigned to support the successful completion of the software compliance audit.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level qualification.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Familiar with Microsoft Windows 10 operating systems, web technologies, and web-based audit tools (training will be provided).
• Possesses a pleasant personality with a high level of integrity.
• Able to follow instructions, work independently, and meet assigned deadlines.
• Committed to completing all assigned tasks within the temporary employment period.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• A strong team player with a positive attitude.
• Analytical, meticulous, and detail-oriented.
