Senior IT Consultant / Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Involved in Business Analysis, Design, UAT and Requirement 's Gathering.
• Managed Clients / Stakeholders Requirements Gathering, Analysis, Support and Consultation.
• Proven record of business analysis experience in system implementation projects in Banking domain.
• Experience with application development/systems implementation, documentation, and improvement.
• Liaise with business and IT stakeholders and end users to clarify requirements, and to prepare detailed user stories/functional specification document for software product development.

Requirements:

• Strong in Business Analysis and providing Consultation work.
• Good in providing consultancy, analysis and support.
• Good Client and Stakeholder Management.
• Responsible for Service Level Agreement (SLA).
• Experience in managing service delivery.
• Involved in managing Stakeholders and Business Users.
• Experience in providing User Support, Requirements' Gathering.
• Knowledge of IT, Software Solutions and Technologies.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Good Customer Service skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
