Infrastructure & Systems Operations Engineer (Urgent)

Responsibilities

• Manage and support enterprise Windows and Linux server infrastructure to ensure system availability and stability.

• Perform server deployment, configuration, upgrades, migrations, and ongoing maintenance.

• Manage VMware environments, including VM provisioning, configuration, maintenance, and patching.

• Execute server and system patching activities, including testing, deployment, validation, and rollback planning.

• Monitor system health, performance, and capacity, and proactively address potential infrastructure issues.

• Troubleshoot and resolve server, operating system, virtualization, and infrastructure-related incidents.

• Support Active Directory, domain controllers, file servers, and other core infrastructure services.

• Work with internal teams and external vendors on infrastructure projects, technical issues, and urgent incidents.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in systems/infrastructure engineering, deployment, or implementation.

• Experience working in an enterprise or System Integrator (SI) environment.

• Hands-on experience with Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory, and file servers.

• Experience with VMware vSphere / ESXi / vCenter is preferred.

• Knowledge of server patching, monitoring, incident management, and change management.

• Strong troubleshooting skills with a hands-on approach.

• Willing to provide standby/on-call support when required.
