Receptionist – General Office

💰 Salary: $2,400/month
📅 Contract: 7 months (Oct 2026 – May 2027)
🕐 Working Hours: Mon–Fri, 8.30am–5.30pm (30-min lunch)

Requirements

• Minimum GCE N-Level
• At least 1 year of reception, customer service or administrative experience
• Basic Microsoft Office & WhatsApp skills
• Pleasant, patient and organised
• Good communication skills and comfortable interacting with primary school students

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to visitors, parents, students and telephone enquiries
• Handle early dismissal arrangements and maintain records
• Coordinate deliveries and documents
• Perform data entry and general administrative duties
• Manage uniforms, stationery and school items
• Assist with packing and distribution of school materials
• Maintain a professional reception area
• Support school activities and other duties as assigned
