Executive / Senior Executive (Trade Association Advisory) – 1-Year Contract

(Opportunity for conversion to a permanent position upon successful completion of thecontract period.)

Scope:

• Provide accounting and bookkeeping support to trade association secretariats.
• Provide administrative and logistics support for trade association outreach, industry transformation, and capability development projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Accounting Administration

• Manage association/s book-keeping accounts. Perform bank reconciliation, financial reporting, support staff payroll, CPF contributions/ GST-related matters and assist with audit and statutory submissions.
• Support the migration and ongoing use of Xero/QuickBooks or other cloud accounting systems.

2. Trade Associations Outreach, Industry Transformation and Capability Development

• Provide administrative and logistics support in associations programmes and outreach events.

Key Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting/Business Administration or a related field with proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience, including knowledge of MYOB/Xero/QuickBooks.
• Good communication, project team experience and strong people engagement skills.
• Relevant experience working with trade associations will be an advantage.
