Telesales Executive at Novena, $2k - $2.6k Basic + Commission + Bonus (Office hours)

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell the Bank's products and services to existing and potential customers
• Make outbound calls to company-provided leads and customers to generate sales opportunities
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall team performance
• Follow up with customers and maintain good customer relationships
• Provide accurate information and professional service to customers
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell relevant products and services
• Maintain professional standards of behaviour and conduct when dealing with customers and colleagues
• Proactively suggest ideas to improve sales performance and team processes
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor

Period

• 1 Year Contract (Renewable / Convertible)

Salary

• $2,000–$2,600 basic + Commission + Bonus

Location

• Novena

Working Hours

• Monday–Friday, 9am–6.30pm
• Overtime may be required when necessary

Requirements

• Minimum N Levels or equivalent
• Sales or customer service experience is an advantage; candidates without direct banking experience are welcome to apply
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive, confident and customer-oriented personality
• Motivated to build a career in sales
• Comfortable working towards sales targets and KPIs
• Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently
• Good telephone etiquette and comfortable making outbound calls
• Willing to learn and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to commit to overtime when required
