Quotation Executive

• Develop, manage and grow new and existing accounts within your assigned territory.

• Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, prospecting, negotiation, closing and after-sales follow-up.

• Conduct client visits, meetings and follow-ups to identify business opportunities.

• Build strong client relationships and work with internal stakeholders to deliver the best service.

• Handle customer enquiries, complaints and warranty matters professionally.

• Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline records with proper documentation.

• Prepare sales forecasts, market analysis, competitor tracking and weekly or monthly reports.

• Support strategic sales plans focused on exceeding revenue and margin targets.

• Represent the company at exhibitions, seminars and customer visits.

What we are looking for

• Experience in B2B sales, account management or business development.

• Exposure to technical, industrial, marine, offshore or engineering-related products or services will be an advantage.

• A diploma in Marine Engineering or a related discipline will be well regarded.

• Candidates with a basic understanding of technical or engineering concepts are encouraged to apply, as training is provided.

• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

• Strong negotiation and problem-solving ability.

• A self-driven, target-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and take ownership of results.

• A positive attitude and team-player approach.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  4 off days monthly, rest days depend on schedule

  Qualifications - diploma or high school diploma

  Work experience- at least two year relevant working experience in related fields
