HR Executive (Temp/Healthcare)

Job Description:

• Support the HR team in the planning, coordination and implementation of the annual performance appraisal cycle, including preparation of timelines, templates, communications and tracking of completion.
• Coordinate with various departments and stakeholders to ensure timely completion of performance appraisal and related HR processes.
• Assist in the review, consolidation and maintenance of performance appraisal data and reports, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of employee information.
• Support HR manpower and finance allocation, including tracking of departmental budgets, headcount costs and related HR expenditure.
• Assist with the preparation and consolidation of HR reports, budget information and management presentations for review by the HR leadership team.
• Work closely with Finance and relevant departments on budget allocation, reconciliation and monitoring of HR-related expenses.
• Review and improve existing HR processes, templates and workflows to support the smooth implementation of HR projects and initiatives.
• Provide general HR administrative and project support, including data management, documentation and other duties as assigned.

Job Requirement:

• Minimum Degree in Human Resource or equivalent.
