HR Operations Executive

The Job:

Our client in the cold chain solutions industry is looking for a HR Operations Execuitve to support their HR operations and ensure seamless employee experiences. You will be managing employee onboarding, processing payment claims, maintaining confidential records, and coordinating daily HR administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should be proactive, details-driven with a passion communicating with people.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify HR-related payment claims, reimbursements, allowances and expense claims against supporting Key documents
• Coordinate new hire onboarding, employment documentation, work pass documentation and orientation schedules
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, leave and MC documentation
• Assist with MOM submissions and HR administrative matters
• Ensure all documents are complete, accurate and properly filed for audit purposes
• Coordinate with HR, Accounts, Operations and hiring managers on employee-related matters

Requirements :

• 2 years' experience in HR administration or a similar support role preferred
• Experience in a fast-paced logistics or operations-driven environment is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Discreet and trustworthy when handling confidential employee information
• Able to work under pressure and meet onboarding deadlines
• Proactive, responsible and willing to take ownership of tasks
