Gen Art Asia is looking for motivated individuals to join our Management Trainee Programme. You will work closely with our management team, gaining hands-on experience in business development, project management, exhibition booth fabrication, retail displays, signage production, and event execution.

What You'll Learn

As a Management Trainee, you will receive structured on-the-job training in:

• Business Development and Client Relationship Management
• Exhibition & Event Project Management
• Retail Display & Custom Fabrication Solutions
• Quotation Preparation and Cost Estimation
• Project Planning and Scheduling
• Supplier & Vendor Coordination
• Production and Installation Management
• Customer Service and Account Management

You will progressively manage projects independently under the guidance of senior management.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team in preparing quotations and proposals.
• Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements.
• Assist in planning and managing exhibition booths, retail displays, signages, and branding projects.
• Liaise with designers, production teams, suppliers, and installers.
• Monitor project timelines and ensure quality standards are achieved.
• Attend client meetings and site visits.
• Build long-term relationships with existing and new clients.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Project Management, Interior Design, Events Management, Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with 1–2 years of working experience are encouraged to apply.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Organised, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Possess a Class 3 driving licence (advantage but not mandatory).
